The Kleen-Tex Way: Core Values and Fundamentals
It is often said the most valuable asset of any company is its culture. Culture is often seen as being based on the shared values and quality of the people within the organization.
At Kleen-Tex the Kleen-Tex Way was developed and is our declaration to all stakeholders. The five Core Values (Responsibility, Integrity, Communication, Development, and Community) are essential for building meaningful and ethical relationships with our customers, employees, and suppliers. They are our commitment to our internal organizational culture as well as to the external world around us.
Our Five Core Values, are delivered through our Core Fundamentals, and embedded within our High Performance Culture (HPC) Program. The HPC program helps shed light on the behaviours or attitudes deemed essential to shape the Kleen-Tex culture based on working together in order to meet its Vision and Mission. This is one reason it’s so important to ensure everyone in the company understands and feels connected to the program. Ultimately, we want all members of our global company to Think One Kleen-Tex!
To support the continuous development of our culture, our enthusiastic team of Global Facilitators promotes the Values and Fundamentals through training, engagement initiatives, coaching, and continuous program development.
