The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Supporting the manager in scoping new online campaigns and implementing them online.
- Working with email platform / customer data platform to implement strategic recommendations to improve performance.
- Responsible for creating and launching email campaign.
- Collaborating with Design Department to produce engaging and on-brand assets.
- Ensuring that the product copy, imagery, pricing, details. Descriptions and promotions are up-to-date and optimized.
- Being responsible for the merchandising of product on-site.
- Managing day-to-day running, optimising of the smaller brands digital advertising in platform (Google Ads and Facebook Advertising) with the support of the Ecommerce Manager.
- Managing the larger brands digital advertising together with the manager and external agencies.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 1 years agency or client side marketing role, ideally focused on ecommerce and digital.
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Advertising platforms.
- Experience with Shopify and email platforms (knowledge of Klaviyo will be an additional asset).
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and Adobe Photoshop.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and best-practices in digital marketing.
- Good communication, analytical and creative skills.
